Rec. 709
The colour space and transfer function standard for high-definition television, sharing its primaries with sRGB.
In depth
Rec. 709 is the default delivery target for most video work, which is why camera log profiles are graded back into it. Its primaries match sRGB but its transfer curve differs slightly, and it assumes a dim viewing environment — which is why footage graded on a bright desktop often looks too dark on a television.
Examples in practice
Footage shot in a log profile is graded through a conversion LUT into Rec. 709 for broadcast delivery.
