Install Linux Step-by-step

Linus operating system is available in different flavors. Centos, Fedora, Ubuntu, Debian, Linux Mint, Open SUSE, Redhat Linux, and so on. Download any Linux distribution based on your choice and burn it onto a DVD or a USB stick to boot your computer from it.

Step 1: Download the Linux ISO file. You can download the latest version of Ubuntu, for desktop PCs and laptops from here.

Step 2: Download a USB installer tool to create a bootable disk.
You can use Universal USB installer to select a list of Linux Distributions to put on your USB Flash Drive. First choose a Live Linux Distribution, the ISO file, your Flash Drive and, Click Install. After completion, you can run the bootable USB Flash Drive with your select operating system installed.

Step 3: After everything is installed, you can run the Linux from the bootable disk.

You can also write the Linux ISO file in a DVD disk. You can run the installation from the bootable disk. Follow the instructions to run the Linux.
